It allows site admins to set the default email notification preference for users. When a new user registers, these preference gets updated for them.

Bulk update notification settings for all users

• Does it allows to control the email preference for already existing members?
• No, it does not but our upcoming plugin does allows site admins to override that.

Why this plugin

One of our members wanted to control the default email preference for users joining his site and so he requested me on the forum. I liked the idea and put it here for all of you to use.
